Schedule Policies

Please read our Schedule Policies below concerning our  CPR/First Aid/AED and Basic Life Support (BLS) classes. If you need to reschedule, please contact us. 

Cancelation Policy for Base Level CPR and BLS Classes

  • A 28% cancelation fee will apply for all bookings that are cancelled within 8 days of more of the in-person training.

  • A 50% cancelation fee will apply for all bookings that are cancelled within 2 to 7 days of the in-person training.

  • A 100% cancelation fee will apply for all bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours or less of the in-person training.

  • Refunds will not be given for students not attending, or absent from, their scheduled booking.

  • Refunds will not be given for students canceling within 24 hours of their scheduled booking.

  • Refunds will not be given for students who where unable to complete the requirements of the class. 

  • Dobroskills LLC reserves the right to cancel classes as needed. In the event a class is canceled, registered participants will be offered a different class at no additional charge.

Reschedule Policy for Base Level CPR and BLS Classes

  • Registered students may reschedule their class at no charge, no later than 7 days prior to the start of the scheduled class, by contacting us via our website, by email, or via their online account.

  • A $25 reschedule fee will apply for all rescheduled bookings within 7 days of the scheduled class.

  • Students enrolled in a Blended Learning Class who do not have the online portion of the class completed by the time of the instructor led portion session will be considered absent and will need to reschedule.

  • Students who are absent from their scheduled class and wish to reschdule to another date may do so with a  $40 reschedule fee. 

  • Students who attend the instructor-led portion session but where unable to complete the requirements of the instructor-led portion of the class will be able to schedule a second attempt within 90 days of their completion of the online class with a $65 reschedule fee.  A third attempt will not be permitted. 

    • A $25 reschedule fee will apply for all rescheduled second attempt bookings within 7 days of the scheduled in-person class.

Late Policy for Base Level CPR and BLS Classes

Refunds will not be given for students arriving 5 minutes late or later from their scheduled booking. Students arriving more than 5 minutes late to the class will not be admitted and considered absent. Students may reschedule their class by contacting us and paying the $40 rescheduling fee.

Private Groups

A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for groups  of more than 6 students. Private groups may reschedule their class at no charge, no later than 14 days prior to the start of the scheduled class by contacting us via our website or by email. A $100 reschedule fee will apply for all private bookings being rescheduled within 14 days of the scheduled class.

Cancelation Policy for Instructor Level Courses

  • A 10% cancelation fee will apply for all bookings that are cancelled within 15 days of more of the in-person training.

  • A 25% cancelation fee will apply for all bookings that are cancelled within 8 to14 days of the in-person training.

  • A 50% cancelation fee will apply for all bookings that are cancelled within 2 to 7 days of the in-person training.

  • A 100% cancelation fee will apply for all bookings that are cancelled within 24 hours or less of the in-person training.

  • Refunds will not be given for students not attending, or absent from, their scheduled booking.

Digital Item Policy

There are no refunds for digital items purchased (i.e. Online Only CPR Classes) 48 hours after purchase. There are no refunds for customers who complete the online training.

Cancelation Policy for Virtual Trainings

  • A $90 cancelation fee will apply for all virtual bookings that are cancelled.

  • Refunds will not be given for students not attending, or absent from, their scheduled booking.

  • Refunds will not be given for students canceling within 24 hours of their scheduled booking.

  • Refunds will not be given for students who where unable to complete the requirements of the class. 

  • Dobroskills LLC reserves the right to cancel classes as needed. In the event a class is canceled, registered participants will be offered a different class at no additional charge.

Equipment Return Policy for Virtual Trainings

Your certificate and your $450 security deposit will be processed within seven business days of receipt of the equipment. Certification will be issued via e-mail and can always be found on RedCross.org. Your security deposit will be refunded to your credit/debit card on file.


There will be up to a $450 replacement/repair fee if equipment is not returned or damaged. All equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received, no more than 7 days after completing the course, to avoid the $450 replacement fee.
