Waiver of Liability
& Terms of Service

Authority to register and/or to act as agent. You represent and warrant to Dobroskills LLC that you have full legal authority to complete this event registration on behalf of yourself and/or any party you are registering (the “registered parties”), including full authority to make use of the credit or debit card to which registration fees will be charged. As used in this agreement and waiver, Dobroskills LLC refers to Dobroskills LLC and any and all subsidiaries, affiliated entities, or entities that control or are controlled by Dobroskills LLC singly or together and its officers, employees, contractors, subcontractors and agents.

If you are registering a child under the age of 18 or an incapacitated adult, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of that party and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on their behalf. Further, by proceeding with this event registration, you agree that the terms of this agreement and waiver shall apply equally to all registered parties. By registering a child under 13, you agree and consent to the collection of that child’s information, which you provide for the purposes of registration.

You understand that participation in the event is potentially hazardous, and that a registered party should not participate unless they are medically able and properly trained to do so. You understand that events may be held over public roads and facilities open to the public during the event and upon which hazards are to be expected. Participation carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated completely, ranging from minor injuries to catastrophic injuries including death. You understand and agree that in consideration of being permitted to participate in the event, you and any registered party, as well as the heirs, personal representatives, or assigns of you or the registered party, do hereby hold harmless, release, waive, discharge and convenant not to sue Dobroskills LLC for any and all liability from any and all claims arising from participation in the event by you or any registered party.

Dobroskills LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, resulting from (a) the use or the inability to use Dobroskills LLC, (b) for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, (c) resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or transactions entered into through CPR training professionals, or (d) resulting from unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your transmissions or data including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if Dobroskills LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You expressly agree that use of the products and services offered by Dobroskills LLC is at your sole risk. The products and services of Dobroskills LLC are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Dobroskills LLC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Dobroskills LLC makes no representation or warranty that the products and services offered through the websites and other electronic delivery services of, or associated with, Dobroskills LLC will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free. Dobroskills LLC does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information in, or provided in connection with, the Dobroskills LLC website. Dobroskills LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of such information. You understand and agree that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Dobroskills LLC websites and other electronic delivery services is at your own discretion and risk, and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your own computer system or loss of data that may result from the download of such material and/or data.

You agree to indemnify and hold Dobroskills LLC harmless from and against any and all damages, costs, claims, or demands, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to, arising from, or relating to, your use of any Dobroskills LLC products or services.

Dobroskills LLC websites (excluding linked sites) are controlled by Dobroskills LLC from its offices within the state of Illinois, united states of America. By completing this event registration, both you and Dobroskills LLC agree that the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to any conflict of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to this event registration, this agreement and waiver, and the terms of use or other use of the Dobroskills LLC websites. Additionally, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Dobroskills LLC resides in the courts of DuPage County,  Illinois, and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of DuPage county,  Illinois in connection with any dispute including any claim involving Dobroskills LLC or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, telecommunication providers, and content providers.

You expressly agree that this agreement and waiver are intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the state of Illinois, and that if any provision of this agreement and waiver shall be found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and waiver and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

The Dobroskills logo is a trademark of Dobroskills LLC. All other company, product, or service names referenced in this website are used for identification purposes only, and may be trademarks of their respective owners.

The materials appearing on the Dobroskills LLC website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Dobroskills LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Dobroskills LLC reserves the right to make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice, but does not, however, make any warranty or commitment to update the materials.

The only personal information that Dobroskills LLC will collect is the personal information that you provide to us when you register or communicate  with us through our website. The information that you provide to Dobroskills LLC is protected using a secure socket layer (ssl) server.  Dobroskills LLC will at any time, upon your request, provide you with a copy of any personal information that  is stored about you. Any personal information that you provide to Dobroskills LLC will be used only for the following purposes:
        

• To provide information or services to you as requested by you;

• To let you know about information and new courses in which you may be interested;

• To notify you about updates to the website; and

• To compile non-identifying information about our users and their preferences.

Dobroskills LLC will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent.    
 
By providing Dobroskills LLC with any personal information, you release and hold harmless Dobroskills LLC, its parents, owners, members, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any and all injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use and/or  storage of your collected personal information from the website. This policy was last updated on February 1, 2022. Dobroskills LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any given time for any reason. In the event that the privacy policy is modified,  such modifications or revisions will be made available on this page and/or you will be notified via email at the discretion of Dobroskills LLC.
